How often should I service my solar system?
We recommend a full service at least once per year. In high-dust or storm-prone areas, twice per year is ideal.
My system is from a different installer β can you service it?
Yes. We service all major brands regardless of who installed your system.
What if you find a fault?
We'll document any findings in your service report (sent within 3 days) and provide a separate, zero-pressure quote for any needed repairs. Plan customers receive discounted repair rates.
Does cleaning really make a difference?

Can I cancel an annual plan?
Yes. Annual plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice after the first service has been completed.
Is this an insurance policy?
No β our servicing plans are Service Agreements, not insurance policies. They cover scheduled maintenance, inspections, cleaning, and system tune-ups as outlined in your plan tier. However, damage caused by external events such as roof leaks, storms, or third-party interference is the customer's responsibility and would be quoted separately. A full Service Agreement document will be provided before you commit.
