Choose from our flexible annual plans or book a one-off service call. Important: Our solar servicing plans are Service Agreements, not insurance policies. Covered maintenance and repairs are included per your plan tier, but damage caused by external events (e.g., roof leaks, storms) is the customer's responsibility.

Your solar equipment should already be under warranty. When components fail, we handle the manufacturer RMA process to secure replacement parts at no cost to you. You are only paying for our expert labor.

When can we expect our service report?

Please allow 3 to 4 business days for the reports to be produced.

How often should I service my solar system?

We recommend a full service at least once per year. In high-dust or storm-prone areas, twice per year is ideal.

My system is from a different installer β€” can you service it?

Yes. We service all major brands regardless of who installed your system.

What if you find a fault?

We'll document any findings in your service report (sent within 3 days) and provide a separate, zero-pressure quote for any needed repairs. Plan customers receive discounted repair rates.

Does cleaning really make a difference?

Yes β€” studies show dirty panels in Atlanta's climate can lose 15–25% output. A single clean typically pays for itself in months.

Can I cancel an annual plan?

Yes. Annual plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice after the first service has been completed.

Is this an insurance policy?

No β€” our servicing plans are Service Agreements, not insurance policies. They cover scheduled maintenance, inspections, cleaning, and system tune-ups as outlined in your plan tier. However, damage caused by external events such as roof leaks, storms, or third-party interference is the customer's responsibility and would be quoted separately. A full Service Agreement document will be provided before you commit.
